Our first building has 2 apts plus a full basement! great location, great indoor/outdoor space, but old fashioned property with need for upgrades and some TLC! My cousin highly recommended contractor Joe Padilla and his company to do this large project; they made upgrades, all our ideas come true, new roof and more!!!! Not only was their work superb but they were punctual and accommodating! They worked in phases to accommodate my tenants present at the beginning of the project, always thorough and attentive to all of our request. We live in our property now and we absolutely love it, our children are loving it, our family loves it!!! It is definitely now a conversation piece!!!
