renew is great apartments ! leasing agent samantha is wonderful and so helpful! was looking to get an apartment but due to certain circumstances didnt fall through. but would definitely recommend her service and the apartments look amazing !

Office was very helpful when I moved in and made sure everything was what I wanted. Samantha Aguirre helped me from the start and was really nice and is just awesome. Maintenance gets things done in timely manner. Thank you guys!

The maintenance is great at these apartments , anything you need he gets there quick and very kind . HOWEVER! Moving here was the worst choice I made , the water is always getting shut off , which is crazy seeing as to how my water bill has been high as ever , cold and heat come flowing in through my doors they are not sealed properly, it’s hotter than hell itself upstairs...my bathroom tub is terrible you can tell it was just painted over and now that I’ve scrubbed it the true condition is started to show.. I will be crying everyday until my lease is up
