I have been a resident for 7 years and since renew has become the new owners I love my home even more. They are really trying to beautify the surroundings new carpet paint ect. Danielle stimac the office manager is a true sweetheart I was feeling down she took the time to genuinely listen to me it wasn't just a nod of the head you could tell she cared. That made my day, I left the office thankful for the time she took with me . With that said, I'm a happy and proud to call renew my home. If you are thinking about renting from renew, aurora know that you are making a good decision. And no, I wasn't paid for this review it came straight from my heart. Danielle

Not a suitable place for kids but was a good starter apartment. Cops and firetrucks there often. When left said our carpet damage for 1 bedroom cost so much they kept the deposit and 400 rent promised back.
Things are changing and many Improvements but all in time
I have been a resident here for almost 3 years and I have to say I really enjoy the staff here. they get right up on any situation that arises, the pool is one of my favorite things good company and nice size pool. I also am able to keep my dog which is only 20 pounds. My apt. faces the road I am able to sit on my deck and enjoy people watching. Also, my apartment looks great, I love the room.
I would recommend not investing your time in trying to apply to this complex. The Ladies at the office will make it seem like you have a place to stay and let you know 10 days prior to moving in that you were denied and even then YOU have to reach out to them in order to receive this information. And forget about getting in contact with them! I have called countless times just to receive their call center, and EVEN THEN they still don't call you back!! They made me jump through HUGE hoops and even when you do EVERYTHING they said to do they STILL give your apartment away to someone else. Like I said, its NOT worth it. Look elsewhere.
