This place is fantastic! My Mom stayed here for memory/hospice care. Diane Hill and her staff are just amazing people. They are so caring, compassionate and competent. Everyone there is on the same page and work really well together. My Mom previously was at another facility in the Aurora/Parker area for 5 months until we moved her to Renew. The difference in care quality and communication between the two places is like night and day. Renew @ SaddleRock does it right. Also, as an extra bonus, the food there is actually really good. That is not always the case at these places. Holly is their chef and she even prepared a special vegetarian meal for my wife that was quite delicious. Thank you Diane, Erika, Austin, Holly and your entire staff for everything you did for us. We're forever appreciative.

I moved my father from a facility in northern Colorado to Renew Saddle Rock (RSR) in early May 2019. The change was like taking him from being in a black and white movie to being in a high definition color film. I am so pleased with the care he gets at RSR, from the administration, to nursing, to hands-on care, to housekeeping, to activities, and more. Their chef Holly is amazing and so dedicated! The entire staff is committed to excellence, and my Dad is simply happier at RSR. They frequently keep me up-to-date with their events, and I have quick access to all staff members. RSR is quite new and looks it, and it fits in well with its surrounding neighborhood. I am so happy that Dad is living at Renew Saddle Rock! \u003c\u003c update, 26 August 2019 \u003e\u003e I'm terribly sad to report that Dad recently died. I miss him so very much. The RSR staff were terrifically supportive and compassionate during his final days. I greatly appreciate all they did. They were wonderful.

My mom has been a resident at Renew Saddle Rock a year and 8 months. Our family is very pleased with their competent staff at ALL levels of care. The facility provides continuous training with their specific company goals for each one of their employees, in their own educational background. The healthcare employees give their time graciously and patiently. The medical staff continue to give the best care to the resident and works with each family keeping them updated in their wellness care. The Chief takes great interest in all the residents, she caterers to each one of them individually, and delivers delicious meals not only to the staff, but wonderful meals for the residents and their families on all family holidays. The staff works hard to plan activities that are specific to the residents. Administration have every resident in their best interest and the property manger works daily to keep this fabulous home comfortable for your loved one.

Jessie, I was so shocked to read your review of Renew, as my experience with my father as a resident there was the opposite. My father moved into Renew 2 1/2 years ago. While he sometimes grumbled about his food choices, he always spoke highly of the staff. He would tell me that he felt safe there. He and his little dog lived there together. My father died October 5 after a long life of 94 years. I will always be grateful for the loving care that Dad received there. The staff went out of its way to celebrate his 94th birthday by throwing a party for him which included his entire family. It was a wonderful celebration which really pleased him. After his death, Renew offered to have a memorial service for Dad. Again, the staff went out of its way to welcome my friends and family. The chef prepared some of Dad's favorite foods to serve at the reception, and the activities director worked with me to provide music and professional programs for the guests. I could not have asked for a more fitting memorial service. Kudos to the entire staff of Renew Saddle Rock.

We work with a number of assisted living, skilled nursing and memory cares across the city, but Renew is by far one of the nicest communities. Their management team really cares about their residents and families. It's always clean and spotless as their staff is dedicated to providing the best care possible. We have recommended and will continue to recommend anyone who needs memory care to Renew! Great team and staff!
