All in all they are doing much better. I've been living here almost a year now and had some non-positive encounters with the local staff in the beginning. However they've all been extremely professional and nothing but courteous these last few months. The property has made many different improvements to the units since I've been living here as well but not limited to some of the follow things. They've redone the parking lot, they've added solar screens to the windows, they put in modern thermostats which can connect to wifi if you desire, they've added rocks to around the buildings to make it look better. and they've got very fast at answering trouble tickets with the call service. Today I had an issue with the package lockers that are used on-site and Kimberly was extremely quick to help me and very professional. She was honestly the reason I re-wrote my review. deleted the old edits, and made it 5 stars.

Kimberly Archuleta and Norma Villa are the very best management team. They are super friendly and helpful through every step of the way from paperwork to moving in. They keep us updated with new information and are always willing to help. Definitely recommend and are super grateful for them!!
I could say a lot of amazing things about this property, but the main thing that has always stuck out to me was the manager Norma! She is so helpful with all of our apartment needs, she’s always so welcoming when I go into the office. My children love the update on the pool area. Thank you Norma for being so sweet and friendly.
Awesome place to live Freddy the maintenance guy is great I submit a work order not 30min when by when he was already there!! Also office staff Kimberley and Norma y’all are great
I wish if I could give a \0\ star for this property. I lived in this apartment nearly 3 years. We didn't have any issue when Alley was the manager there. Suddenly, she moved to other property, and new manager; Norma Villa came on. Since then, apartment was not secure, and not livable. She was rude. The maintenance was never done in time. Management was trying to take every dime, and penny in any way. Finally, I moved out on June 30, 2019. She charged me 60.53 for water/sewage (on July 1st) for the month of June. That was fine. It was interesting, she charged 131.64 (again) on July 15 for water/sewage (attached is the summary of charges). I know it was cheat and steal. But, I paid the amount in full. If I don't pay, she reports to credit bureau. I had no option rather than paying whatever she charged. Please don't waste your time with this rude, and cheat manager. Find better places close by.
