Phenomenal experience. My furnace died and couldn't be revived. Chris Miller was here within a few hours and spent a lot of time actually listening to what was important for me. After being given the options, I made an educated decision. Two days later the installers, Chris and Chris were here right on time and were extremely professional and knowledgeable. It went flawlessly. I would recommend this company to anyone I know. 5 stars!!!

Devin our furnace tech guy, was professional and very knowledgeable. He quickly resolved the furnace issue. He made his recommendation to us and checked and cleaned condensation drain. No pressure to do any other work in the future. He answered all our questions and was very helpful to us. This type of approach is why we will continue to use Armstrong Comfort solutions. The service technician notified us when he was on the way to our house. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He performed the job neatly and explained the procedure. We would highly recommend him to other customers. All in all we were happy with this service call. We called Armstrong Comfort Solutions in the morning and the matter was resolved by early afternoon.

It was 50 degrees in the house when we woke up yesterday. The furnace was out of commission. We called the company and the dispatcher was a wonderful guy. He took all our info, got Dustin on the phone and we were set. Dustin arrived in less than a half hour, assessed the problem, went for a gas valve, fixed the problem and was done in less than 90 minutes. We were really really pleased with the whole operation. Thank you for your help. We have our heat back! we would recommend your company to anyone and would definitely ask for Dustin if we need him again. Thank you. Ken & Cheryl Peters
