I was in need of fingerprinting and visited the Lanham office. I was pleasantly surprised at how very lovely and inviting the offices and staff were. They made the process simple easy and the fees were comparable for the area. The fingerprinting technician was awesome and made the hole process go quick and smoothly. I would highly recommend Renoxx Caregivers for anyone who has fingerprinting needs.

In attempting to find a facility to provide my child with services due to autism my family and I interviewed several companies and Renoxx Caregivers was selected based on a trusted friend recommendation. I have not regretted entrusting the staff and technicians with the care of my child. With the assistance of the technicians I am able to leave one of my most irreplaceable treasures in knowledgeable and capable hands. The office staff makes coordinating school days out and holidays simple and stress free when providing activities and opportunities for my child to participate in our community. I know with the assistance of Renoxx I would not have been able to maintain my current employment status. The flexibility of my child’s technician allows me the time needed to enjoy being stuck in traffic - . Seriously no one enjoys being stuck in traffic but the need to rush home or pick at a certain time without penalty or possibly loss of services is not an issue when working with Renoxx Caregivers. Overall I am extremely appreciative of the time, care and attention being given to my child. It is extremely important as a parent of a child with special needs to know that your child is in a safe and caring environment. I would certainty encourage prospective parents to visit this facility and note the positive difference that is being made in these children’s lives.

I had difficulty locating the facility with my GPS. I called and spoke with a gentleman named Christopher. He informed me that he would not be able to assist me due to not being a driver. I asked if he could transfer me to someone who may help me. A female answered and asked where was I located. As I was getting ready to identify my location, she rudely said \ I don't know where you are and you need to use your GPS and hung up the phone\. I was astonished at her unprofessional remark. I located the facility and concluded with my fingerprints. I asked the fingerprint technician for a manager to make a complaint. She responded that I could make the complaint to her. She appeared to be nervous. I also asked who answers the telephones. She responds that someone in the back answers the telephone. I requested to see them. She says they are gone for the day. I informed her that is was five minutes prior to my arrival that I spoke with the gentleman (Christopher) and female. This technician stated she was sorry for the incident on \their\ behalf and asked if I was satisfied with her service. I had know problem with obtaining my fingerprints. I concluded my business but was not totally satisfied with the inability to identify who I spoke with on the telephone. I left and redialed that number. I asked the gentleman his name and he replied Christopher. I asked could you tell me who he transferred me to when I needed directions, he replied Comfort. The FINGERPRINT TECHNICIAN was Comfort Pardie- Lydgate. She is very rude, dishonest, and unprofessional. I am a physician assistant with 30 years of experience. You always maintain a level of courtesy to your constituents. I hope management reads this review and reprimand her unprofessional behavior. My name is Cheree Jamison.
