Not happy with customer service. Ordered gas last Monday and was told more customers had less gas then me so was told I would get gas later in the week. By Friday no delivery. When I called office I was told by some woman I had plenty of gas to last until Monday or Tuesday when they would deliver. I was not happy with her answer and told her so. I was told I would be fine until then BUT if I ran out to call my driver. Long story short Saturday night no gas !!! House cold have made MULTIPLE calls to all drivers listed at rensselear number AND called manager. One driver answered and said he have someone get back to me. That was several hours ago still no calls no resolution to this problem EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with customer service and the temp continues to drop in my house
