Utter incompetence. Stood for 40 minutes with one guy not wearing a mask. The kid didn’t know how to run my credit card, resulting in multiple failed attempts. I called ahead and told them what I needed to move. He tried to rent me some thing that very clearly would not be able to move what I needed. They voided the rental then tried to run it again, but were unable to, probably because they just cancelled a rental. So, here I am I need to move and I have no truck. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Edit: I ended up driving over to the Uhaul by Mid Atlantic Retina on 70 and was able to get a truck in 5 minutes. Much better experience.

We had a lot of trouble getting into a rental car after our accident we contacted several major rental car companies and because of our debit card status we were not eligible even though the accident was not our fault we were hit by another driver and left there our brand new car scattered in pieces we were completely distraught and didn’t know what to do we sat in several offices waiting told that we were going to have help and then did not help they complicated our situation more we spent about 60 in Uber‘s back-and-forth between the major box rental companies the minute we got here we were greeted with smiles and answers we were not in there very long and they had us on the road Don’t always believe what you read our experiences here Has been nothing but pleasant the owner Lance assured us that everything would be fine and he did not let us down one bit we would definitely reuse this company and recommend anyone who’s having trouble to give them a call they will Have you on the road and moving along your way there a short phone call away and we highly recommend them thank you I hope this helps with your Decision
