Trying out the unlimited membership and exchanged 2 pieces at the store. The slots were immediately available to either select piece(s) from the store or from online. Was told by the sales associate that Sunday's inventory is sparse and Thursdays are the prime inventory days. I was still lucky enough to find a work dress. Wish I lived closer to take advantage of the easy drop off and swap process.

I have been a couple times and have had an amazing experience! Kendall and Becky are amazing! Always make me feel welcomed and helpful. Kendall saved the day by helping me find a replacement wedding dress! Now have become a unlimited member so I don’t have to continuously by dresses for each event.
Had a amazing experiences every time I come in. Obviously the store doesn't have everything the online app has, but I've never been disappointed walking out. It's nice to feel the fabric and try on the clothes to see what it looks like on your own body. Having a store has saved my butt a few times on last minute events for when I don't have the time to wait for shipping!
Customer service took a dive for the toilet since a year ago. Can’t see this business lasting more than 5 years if they service customers like this. Nothing is ever available, packages get lost, time spent on the phone figuring it out with untrained staff. Shame. It used to be a great service
Poor Service, Terrible Quality Control with the Online Version - They sent a weird smelling dress, two with deformed hems and one with a warped bust line the first and only time I have tried them. Customer service has very limited hours (esp for those of us who work regular hours) and were not thinking critically when responding to my valid complaints. They responded as though I had all the time in the world and as though it was my job to help them fix their mistake. They also assured me that their pieces go through several checks before shipment, while my experience directly contradicts that statement. This company could be great if it would behave in a trustworthy and reliable fashion, including stepping up the customer service game. It's squeamish enough to *rent* clothes without getting them in such poor condition and not much help from customer service. Two thumbs way down.
Had a delayed delivery for a dress I ordered for a wedding, they were able to help me quickly and easily find a dress last minute on a saturday evening for the occasion instead. Great customer service, selection was a bit bare but I usually order online anyways.
Customer service was exceptional! From the moment I entered they were extremely helpful and attentive —confirming that the dress I selected and previously ordered would be a perfect fit— and it was!!
I didn’t feel well taken care of... they put me in a room with dresses I hated and didn’t once ask me what color I liked and not once came back to check in on me. I was going to rent two dresses but I’m just gonna go somewhere else... I also did not like the selection
