I have used the service twice for home dumpster rental. The first time, I was very happy. Price was fair, company was responsive, very happy so I used a second time. Second time, I am very disappointed. I paid for 2 full weeks and on the last day of my rental a truck showed up at 6:30am to take dumpster away. I told the driver that I wanted the full day that I paid for to finish loading the dumpster. He said ok and would be back to get it later that day. No one came back to get the dumpster until 3 days later. The company ended up charging my credit card an extra 170 (without my knowledge). Company told me that the charge was for 3 extra days I had “requested.” I never requested these extra days. They also said it was for a “fuel charge for the truck” and a mattress in the dumpster (50). The company will not refund any of my money even though they admit I never requested extra days. They have been extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this company.

I used rent this dumper for a home clean-out project. The unit was dropped off exactly when and where I wanted by a professional, service oriented driver. The unit was also picked up promptly when the project was finished. And I didn’t have to sign anything, or pull myself together early in the morning to greet someone, they also email me my invoice. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and will definitely use them again!
Excellent deal and highly responsive company. Their prices are low but don't let that fool you - they drop off and pick up on time, their support is quick and helpful, and instructions are clear. Highly recommended and will definitely use again. (We had been using the "bag" model for household disposal, but to get the same cubic yards we would have paid almost 3x as much!)
I had to cancel on the same day of delivery because of the size, and they were very understanding and helpful and sent a refund right away. Would use again.
We were very happy with the timeliness and professionalism of the company. They were very careful placing and removing the dumpster from our property.
What are you really looking for? No one wants to have to rent a dumpster so when the process (website) is super easy, the price (we looked at 3 others) is low and when the people (we had two quick questions) are knowledgeable and nice, then THAT is the best possible experience! Great experience with Rent This Dumpster. The dumpster came the day after we requested it and we finished early and they were able to get it the next day. 10/10 would use them again!
This is amazing, I did rented 2 times for 450 and the 3rd time was 500, amazing, and she tells me she told me that it’s 500 Ridiculous, I could rented from someone else for 430 Amazing people
