Was referred here due to Quest Labs in Renton being appointment only. This place accepted walk-ins and they also accepted the drug screen that was ordered by an employer through Quest Labs. This place has a third party connection with Quest Labs so it works out. I was in and out fairly quick (maybe 10 mins) with no wait time as there was no other customers there when I went in.

They do the Covid test for traveling and the price is ridiculously high 430 per person. My family booked 3 appointments in this lab because we don't really have other choice out there as this lab is approved by Chinese embassy, and they raised price from 388 to 430 after the approval. My flight from Seattle is cancelled by the Delta airline (just no such flights for 2 months) (not my intention), but the lab just doesn't want to issue refund. This is terrible. I have never seen customers are treated badly in US. This is the first time.

This is the worst merchant I expreinced. Due to unexpected situation under COVID-19, I cannot go to lab for test. I informed them in advance for more than half month. They will not cancel the reservation and refund totally. There is No any contact number to communiate with them. Although they don't have any cost to cancel the reservation, they are insisting in stealing your money!!!

Lots of formalities for covid PCR TEST, cost is little high 299 but you will get results with in 1/2 hrs. Over all good experience

Professional setup, streamlined service for travel testing, friendly staff and very accomodating in appointment schedule changes. They could fit me in at the last minute. They were also very supportive trying to help me trying to get a green code for travel to China while I was already at the airport trying to board my flight. Great service
