Went here to purchase a home projector and sound.. That sentence alone means we were going to spend some money. Walked in and sales reps said NOTHING. OK cool covid and all. We had never been there before ( to that location) We definitely looked lost and they( employees) could tell. After walking around for 5 mins we stopped a non busy employee to ask for help. They pointed to \over there\ when asking where to find out items. When we had Questions about the items no one wanted to answer us. We were meeting with, I don't know check the website and over there. We even added items we were needing to buy and when looking for those items we got rolled eyes and points. At checkout the guy said nothing to us. After we Paid he didn't offer us a bag and MY HUSBAND had to ask for the receipt. This experience was so bad it ruined our evening. I say this because going to a store to make exciting purchases like this should be fun ( it is for the geek is us) We will never come back and honestly might take our purchase back and go to Best Buy..Do Better.

How's this place even still in business? Don't waste your time stopping here. No selection, no customer help, no display/demo items to test the the few products they actually have. Target across the street has a better electronics department.
The pandemic has really taken it's toll on this store. Unfortunately I brought two people with me and it was their very first time. I hyped it up do much. It was such a let down! Once inside it looked like this store was going out of business as if this was r last day of a 6 week liquidation sale. All displays were not on and lots of empty shelves. I had to ask an employee of they were going out of business. I hope this is because of the pandemic.
Dont go here. They have nothing in stock and are going out of business. And it had NOTHING to do with COVID or tariffs. They have been having trouble for about 4 years now. The gravity of the situation just becomes more apparent as vendors realized they shouldn't send products to a place that couldn't pay. The frys brothers screwing their credit up, then failing to pay for inventory is what did this business in. All the reviews that give more than 1 star over the past two years need to be removed. Because they are either obviously fake or dont apply.
This place is like Best buy on steroids. Unfortunately their store is not set up as well as Best buys so they have little to no customers. I'm afraid of location like this won't be open very long if they don't get some walk-in people. Go, you will be pleasantly surprised at what they have just plan on spending some time.
