We were able to handle the removal of abpestos popcorn ceilings while living in another country with the help of Puget Sound Abatement. When we finally arrived to our local home, we did have a minor electrical issue BUT Puget Sound Abatement dealt with the situation quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend this company!

Absolutely horrible company. From the very beginning there were issues. Had them come out to give me an estimate to perform abatement on asbestos tape that I had on furnace ductwork in my basement and received a decent bid. Had to repeatedly call to set up an appointment for them to come out and do the work. Finally got on the books and they came to do the abatement, but instead of taking the tape off the joints, they completely ripped out all my ducts and damaged my home in the process. Called the project manager assigned to me to complain and he said that my ducts were completely encased -- they weren't and I had photo evidence to prove it. He didn't want to reimburse me for the new duct work and damage they caused to my property. I got several estimates for new duct work and sent him the lowest one, he argued with me that it was too expensive and that he wouldn't pay it. Finally, after weeks of phone tag he agreed to cut me a check. I thought we were square at that point. However, after two months went by he called and harassed my wife and threatened to put a lien on my home because we hadn't paid them for the work that was completed. Except they didn't DO the work we agreed upon and they damaged my home in the process. After several calls to my wife that left her in tears, they threatened to send us to collection. Do not do business with them. They lie, cheat and steal -- they are rude and belittle women. Really scummy people. Filed a complaint with the better business bureau against them and will be getting Jesse Jones involved. Go anywhere else but here.

Incredibly honest.. my house was built in 1938 and we were certain it did. They tested it and luckily we didn't. If they were a company with crap morals they could have taken me for thousands. I recommend them based on their honesty and service.
