I wish I can give 0. My dad does not speak any English and he is living by himself. He went to the emergency room in the past October and he only received the bill from doctor and paid it off. He. Ever received the bill from the hospital. Sandra from Renton Collection Agency called my dad, and I was at home to visit my dad, and my dad passed his phone me to answer the call. Sandra asked my dad to speak English which he does not speak at all to give permission to talk to me. She is very rude. And we never receive the bill from hospital, but Sandra insulted me and my dad that “it is unprofessional to not pay the bill.” The reality is, we never received the bill. I am trying to contact the hospital to validate the bill, and try to pay the hospital directly.

I Truly believe this company is just a scammer trying to get money out of me. The collections letter says its from Radia inc. Ps but, doesn't give me actual proof i owe them a penny. Don't bother calling them, simply write them a letter. Saying Validation requestion on the top of the page (second attempt). Ask for two pieces of information. 1. Proof that debt is valid. 2. Proof that, that collections agency has proof of the debt they say you owe. DO NOT SIGN THE LETTER. they can use that on other paperwork. I already filed a complaint with the BBB. I've dealt with creditors before and they actually send proof. I got this letter a year and half after I \Allegedly\ was billed and yet here we are.
I wish I could give a zero star review. This is probably the most predatory business in the state. Cruel down to every person I have spoken with. Blatant and obvious desire to make the process as expensive and difficult as possible. In all honesty, I am stunned the people I spoke with can sleep at night. They must be tired.
Sandra needs to get fired. Worse experience ever
