The doctors are great but the front desk receptionists (2 separate occasions) are just horrible with bad patient, customer skills. They are not trained to provide services to diverse populations and simply lack empathy, basic tenets of healthcare. I wouldn’t go there had our eye doctor speak highly of the doctors (and they are). The front desk personnel needs training!

I was referred to this place by my regular eye doctor and called to make an appointment. Before setting up anything, I asked how much this would cost since I'd be paying cash. The person on the phone said she couldn't tell me. She went on to explain that the cost would depend on the tests the doctor decided to do. She also said she couldn't even give me an estimate. (It seems they should be able to do at least this since my regular eye doctor likely gave them some idea why I needed their services.) I asked if it could end up costing me thousands of dollars and I wouldn't know until after the fact. She said 'yes'. Look elsewhere if you'd like an honest business that can let you know up front how big a financial hole they'll be putting you in.

I have been going to clinic for a long time. I have seen multiple doctors and they are all great. When I first started going- it was a serious injury, but after surgery, my eyes are doing amazing. Doctors took such good care of me, even doing my surgery late at night same day because it couldn't wait. Much appreciated!
