The brisket (actually chuck roast) tasted like it was sitting on dirty white smoke all day and it was evident by watching the smoker. Not a silver lining since you couldn’t taste anything but dirty smoke for 17. Maybe it was just a bad day, I’m willing to try it again because the owner swears it’s amazing. I appreciate the grind, I wish nothing but success and good BBQ.

A must stop and eat here ... Some of the BEST bbq around hands down ... The atmosphere is wonderful ... they smoke all there meats with apple wood or a fruit tree of some variety... . My favorite side dish is the mixed greens ... they are made the right way ... slow cooked and from fresh greens ... mustard, collard, and turnip greens .. They also make some of the most delicious smoothies or blended lemonades ...with any flavor you could possibly want ... LT & Daryl and staff are great at making you feel welcome .. they definitely believe in service first ... thank you !!! Try the bbq brisket tacos with side of mixed greens with a banana/strawberry yogurt smoothie ... you will be HAPPY
