Ray Kim's sales support was superb with courtesy and his knowledge of the products & financing. I decided to lease RAV4 Hybrid, he made my financing paperwork easy by collecting info. via phone in advance, waiting time in the office was none. I also appreciated the friendly atmosphere in the office and the service deptartment. I am also very pleased with the car. It's a very smart and comfortable car to drive. Thank you very much Toyota!

First time at this Toyota. Greeted as soon as I walked in. Went there to change recall for my Corolla. Also for other regular maintenance such as oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Excellent service and have no complaints.

Two months ago I purchased a 2016 Toyota Camry from Toyota of Renton and ever since it’s been HELL. Worst customer service experience. Everyone is Rude and the managers are a Joke. I recently found SPIDERS coming in through the air vents and when I went there they pretty much turned me away. I contacted customer service and they had the manager Matt reach out. He tried to tell me that it’s a normal thing and he saw a spider in his car as well this morning (LIES). And then he told me that it’s a outside influence and there is nothing they can do about it. After insisting to have them inspect the air conditioning unit, they charged me inspection fees and told me they found nothing. Im still having this issue. I owned several cars and I have never seen something like this before. STAY AWAY from this place. They do not care about you!
