Here’s an interesting factoid. My order missed my event, and I love Trophies2Go for that! Seriously… our longest tenured employee was retiring this morning. In a bit of haste and a lot of panic, I placed an order with Trophies2Go about 8 days ago. I chatted online with Mike first to make sure the item I wanted was in stock. Here’s where things got interesting and good. Mike did not play games with me. He told me it wasn’t in stock but he felt strongly that they could order it and get it to their facility in time to engrave it and get it out to us. Too many times you get the whole “guaranteed!” thing and there is no follow through. I asked Mike how confident he was. He told me 95%. Notice he didn’t promise the world. He just gave me the best information he had. From here, this becomes a negative review of FedEx and a positive review of Trophies2Go. FedEx lagged in getting the plaque delivered to them. They even tried to see if they could go to a FedEx facility and get it, but they couldn’t. They called and did everything they could. At every single step, Mike kept me informed. He told me how things were going with my order and where they were in the process. They eventually got the plaque in and shipped it to arrive the morning of the event. However, due to a large snowstorm in Massachusetts the day before, FedEx missed this delivery, too, and it remains in the FedEx sorting facility long after our employee has said his goodbyes this morning. I really can’t recommend Trophies2Go enough. They did everything right, and they went above and beyond. Their communication, honesty and integrity was top notch. I will not hesitate to work with them again!

I was VERY impressed with the fast service, the caring treatment and the lovely brass name tags that we ordered for our Cartoonists Northwest awards banquet. We ordered a Hall of Fame Award and a Golden Toonie Award. The name tags went with special plaques that I created of our logo. Great prices, too!
Small order but still handled wlth professional results. Have done business with company before with same results.
Our previous vendor had gone out of business and I was in a panic to get our awards plaques made in time for our company Christmas party. Trophies2Go not only got them made in time but they looked better than our previous vendors product, they did it faster and at a better price. I wish i'd found them years ago!
WOW am I impressed. I was a little skeptical to order a trophy online but with Trophis2Go ratings I went for it. I WAS NOT LET DOWN. The glass hockey pucks that I will use as thank you gifts are absolutely beautiful. Perfect size, great weight, and crystal clear. I also ordered some fun bobbleheads that turned out perfect. THANKS T2G!!!
