Curt was great! Texted him across a Tuesday/Wednesday, set up an appointment for a Monday. He had the glass on order before the end of the week. Communication continued through the weekend that we were on track for Monday. Monday rolls around, weather isn't ideal for replacement, it's raining quite hard. We decided to tentatively schedule out for Wednesday. I work in a basement with no window, so I can't keep track of the weather outside. I get a text that the weather cleared up and he was on his way. 3:32PM - he texts me he's out front. 4:09PM - he texts me he's done. If I had to single out only one thing about the whole process - I would go with the consistent, clear communication. Curt is great - clear communication, competitive pricing, comes out to your place of work if need be, and does it all with a smile on his face. This is how small businesses should be run - he's earned every 5-star review to his name.

Great work! 2012 lancer front windshield was replaced and looks great! Responded quickly and with a good price. We are happy with the job and know who to call if we need any other jobs done!

Was expecting exemplary service per reviews. Saw an old white unmarked Chevy Astro van driving by looking for my address. He did the job while I was doing some repairs to my son in laws car. When he was done he came over to where I was and said the job was done. I glanced at my windshield, and it looked fine walking by quickly. I paid him and he left. It was a couple days later I was looking at things more carefully. I then noticed plastic hammer marks on my plastic molding. I saw scratches through the paint between the glass, and body in the valley at the top of the windshield. Some of the rubber on the molding was not positioned properly on one side. I also notice molding on the right side was not popped in place all the way. I gently pulled on it and noticed it was cracked underneath when it was pulled off by him. Instead of fessing up, he never mentioned a thing. Tried calling a few days later letting him know there were issues he created. But have not heard a back. I realized that the guy that came was not the same guy as in the pictures. I was expecting the Curt shown in the picture. I had this windshield replaced 3 days after Christmas. So maybe his son was the one that showed up. He claimed he was Curt when setting up the appointment. I was expecting a good experience from Repairs R Us Auto Glass........ But it did not turn out that way. I knew the price was too good to be true.

I used Curt's service's a while ago to replace the windshield in my newer Grand Cherokee. His communication was outstanding, he was right on time and did a great job! He shared his knowledge of the business with me and allowed me to observe the entire process. This time for my wife's Mazda CX-9 was no different. His communication was outstanding, he was right on time and did a great job once again! He is easy to work with and helped with the billing through my insurance. Simple, Quick and Painless!! Of the many 5 star reviews, here is another well deserved rave review. A big rock chipped the windshield, and Curt repaired it so quickly! He was incredibly accommodating by adding me to his already busy work day. He knows his trade and is genuinely caring. I am truly grateful for your help and the knowledge you shared. Curt's business will be the one I call and recommend to others for windshield service. Buy local!
