Merry Christmas! Here's half a Large Fry. When did this become OK? Should we expect our sodas to be half-filled soon, too?
The first week of December I purchased 2 1/4lbs with cheese, got to the window and was asked to pull in to spot 3 where I waited for 10mins to get my food, took it home and took a bite and the burger was RAW outside was brown inside was as pink as fresh meat. I called the store manager said bring it in which I did and she said yeah that’s not cooked at all and refunded my money. Today I ordered a #2 breakfast sandwich and was given a #1 breakfast sandwich. Up until these last 2 times our experiences were just fine but something has changed, and it has brought your quality down tremendously.
You get what you expect here. Good food. But due to the pandemic they gave downsized their menu to the classics.
