Called to have them come out to look at a dishwasher. They offer a coupon on their website for free travel charge. They charged 180.00 (CASH ONLY) to come out and tell me what I already knew about the machine. Then sent out a ridicules estimate of just under 1000 to fix a leak. I asked, if they would credit any of the previous service/travel charge to the actual repairs and was given a flat out 'no'. There are way too many scammers out there...I have found one more to add to my list.

Ditto to M Conte's review; I was charged nearly 200 to tell me what I already knew and to send me a quote that exceeded the cost of a replacement appliance. Ridiculous!
