Anne was the best with everything on her plate and only working part time she was able to get everything done so quickly and worked with me and housing to get me in there before my move in date she explained everything to me throughly and also any questions I had got back to me in a timely manner

The owners are extremely hostile. Unprofessional and will absolutely lie and mislead you over the phone and will deny any such conversation taking place. I was threatened, belittled and constantly lied to. Besides that...horrible “property management” company. If working with this company record any phone conversations and keep all records for your own safety and security

they know that I got a house with them and they are so strict to ask for a deposit that they never gave it back they gave me a dirty and very poorly maintained house and they received another from me since the moment they received it and their excuses are not to pay my deposit I do not recommend them are a real scam

Worse than awful service. Was left with no heating for a majority of the winter and only got heating back once RESE had sold our property to another company (repairs under new management made fully in a week). No accountability was taken and no reimbursement was given for the cost of having to rely strictly on space heaters. Not once was their an offer to send out a new vendor to do the repairs, as they rely on one very unreliable and unprofessional repair man for heating and AC. There were no maintenance checks made prior to moving in and we have been left to figure out one issue after another. Poor management of the overall property grounds as well. Overall my experience with RESE was an absolute nightmare and I highly regret doing business with them.
DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT LIVE HERE the management does not respond very quickly if not at all and they will start to charge you fees labeled “august” and “July” . They also love to do cleaning checks and not let you know until the day of. They would even charge us a fee if we were not at our apartment or if the apartment was messy. When COVID happened we wanted to see if we could have some help and get out of our lease 2 months early but they wanted us to pay 500 just for them to put the apartment up on the web and have them sell the apartment. Management was no help when it came to trying to figure something out. They nicely told us, too bad, good luck. So we decided to stick it out. When our move out happened we left our apartment way better than we found it, we deep cleaned the floors, the walls, even places you would never have thought to clean. They took more than half of our deposit and we got our deposit check back 6 months later. Forget about getting your deposit back. Don’t be allured by the nice town home for cheap. Not worth it. Management is bad, disorganized, and unprofessional.
