Good place for Indian community for rental

I am relocating to Texas from Arkansas, and I must say Claudia made it much easier. Claudia, was very efficient and patient while I applied for my new home at the Resort at Jefferson Ridge. Claudia, communication is magnificent, she explained everything so well. And she was readily accessible to answer all my questions and concerns throughout the process. I can't wait for move in day :)

Coretta was very helpful and sweet. I went in first thing Friday morning for a rent issue and she was all smiling and cheerful ready to start on her day at work. If you are family based and have children then this is the apt for you. The majority of the community have small children that often play between the house of 5-8:30pm. The family’s congregate in the commons area to all the children an area to play. However they are quite loud and if your a single family I would recommend finding another place.

6 FAKE reviews from the last two weeks. SIX accounts that ONLY rated two properties (BOTH OF WHICH HAPPEN TO BE JEFFERSON RIDGE PROPERTIES) Do not let this miserable excuse of a complex try and fool you with fake reviews like they did me. The only real reviews on here complain about the horrendous COCKROACH problem or the garbage left everywhere. Management is non existent and there is trash strewn everywhere from people leaving open trash out all night for cats and raccoons to tear into.
