Bathrooms were clean. We stayed at the parkin lot resting for a few hours and it was pretty much empty, but it was not dark. There was good ilumination and you can find some vending machines for drinks and snacks just in case needed.

Easy access. Makes for a quick stop. There is a cute photo opportunity and lots of pic nic tables. The bathrooms are in good condition. There is a nice area for walking around and stretching. This rest stop is the Virginia Welcome Center.
Just a rest stop. But there are bathrooms and vending machines. There are also about a half a dozen picnic tables! We had a cooler with food and drinks so it was nice to take a break from the road and relax while we ate.
Beautiful rest area! I love stopping on my way to New York, very quiet and secure, perfect resting place.
I stopped here and peed. It wasn't a remarkable pee. I felt so much better afterwards though. What a relief! 11 out of 10 stars!
