A very interesting rest stop. I like the snake wall that they have built to protect the rest stop from the lowland area when it floods. Evidently there are a lot of venomous snakes that come up during high water. Very cool infrastructure.

Good parking spaces for cars but not for RVs and semi's. Baby changing station in restrooms. Plenty of area to walk your pets. Vending machines located in rear just past restroom. Help desk personnel is available.
I never did see any snakes that the sign eluded to, but I think I would have found a better place to build a public watering hole. This location was rather small, the bathrooms were clean and the grounds are well maintained, if you don't count the large fenced in flood control area and the small sump hole on either side of the building. This location did have 7 covered picnic areas. The highlight was the very pleasant and helpful staff, this location is staffed 24 hours a day.
I got some beautiful Palm seeds from here but I almost got killed by a snake
Nice and clean. Not as many stalls in mens room than I thought I would see. It's nice they put some thought in the design here. It's a nice rest area.
