Manager VIDANA is rude doesn’t care about customer relations behaves like as she owns the shop after all she is miserable employee to serve us. I heard lot of complaints about her from other customers and he don’t educate customers about offers. well i think for better business they should get better manager.
Poor work ethic, does not train new employees properly, my so had to quick after working there 4 days because of the verbal abuse between managers and supervisors, absolutely unprofessional. Because of the lack of training he injured his wrist, today he found out that he tore a ligament and will now need surgery, he will be out until February, which means he cannot work at his new job. Because of management neglect and extremely poor supervision my son is losing much need income but is not able to get assistance from L&I because he only had 7days to make a claim for monetary help. Cooperate office needs to get rid of the staff there and start over, there needs to be updated training for managers and supervisors, in regards to communication and professionalism. Update how new hires are trained and treat them with respect, respecting customers as well. I would not recommend anyone to work there, that place is a hot mess.
