Dr. Chow is fantastic. Clearly knowledgeable and thorough, and in a way that is very pleasant and still respectful of the intelligence of his patients. His exam was comfortable and well-run. The office staff are lovely to deal with, and the office is organized and punctual.

Dr. Chow is wonderful and an expert in his field. He is very empathetic and charming and I am honored to be seen by him. His staff is very professional and kind. I will recommend him to everyone I know and return to see him in the very near future! Thank you Dr. Chow and staff!

We did not like the experience. Covid-19 precautions not up to par with other medical facilities I have visited during Pandemic. I had to request tools/items be wiped down. My daughter's glasses placed on several random surfaces and then asked to be put back on her face. I had to wash them myself. Made to wait in small hallway, with multiple patients passing by. Extensive pre-exam done by woman who said she was an \assistant\, not a doctor. Felt rushed and uninformed about the process. I'm a nurse and have a general understanding of her condition but had to stop the doctor to ask multiple questions... What drops are you putting in her eyes, why are you doing this? How are her eyes, how is her condition, is the prescription gotten better worse? Doctor was evasive and not thorough in explanation. My teenage daughter felt as though she were in patient mill, churning patients in and out, and was in tears & upset for the rest of the day. My daughter felt traumatized as things were done \to her\ and not explained at all. Not a good experience at all and would not recommend.
