Fox Mill Family Practice (Dr Larson) has provided top notch care for us for over 30 years. In an ever-changing, oft times tumultuous and stressful world, it's important and comforting to have consistency with our health care provider.

They've been handling office procedures terribly since COVID. Upon arrival you're supposed to call to do the check in procedures over the phone. Well, every time I call I'm placed on hold for upwards of 15 minutes. Then they must not know how to use the phones bc after 15 or 20 minutes I get hung up on. Then it's like some kind of dumpster fire because it's impossible to actually get the nurse to speak with you once you do get a hold of the receptionist again. Also one nurse in particular has the worst bed side manner. All in all, I'm really dissatisfied with how this office has been managed. If I could just interact with Stephanie the NP and doctor Stec and no one else that would be wonderful.

I haven't been to the office, but have a terrible experience with trying signing up my mom for a new patient appointment. I called multiple times, left a message and nobody called back. I research online and it says the office accepts Medicare and Medicaid, and does expect Anthem Plan (both on the company website and the Medicaid Anthem signing up form). After waiting for a week to receive a call back I went online and followed the instructions for a new patient and signed my mom for Jan with the doctor who accepts new patients. Next day I received the call back that this doctor doesn't take new patients, and suggestion to make appointment with somebody else. After I agreed on everything the front desk lady came back to me refusing to make appointment and told me to find another office, though through the whole conversation she never said they don't take Medicare. The minimum is misleading information online...

My time is not as important as it is to them. Waited for more than 1.5 hrs at lab corp because we were told ( assisting my mother in law) by Dr. Larson prescription for the lab draw will be forwarded to lab corp, only to find out it was not!. Lab corp tech and I tried calling their office multiple times and left multiple vm messages and they didn't get back until 2 hrs after we left. So, we went there and waited for nothing!!!
