Helios HR completed two engagements for my company in 2020. In both cases Helios significantly exceeded expectations. We will certainly use them again. First, we retained Helios to lead the recruiting effort to bring in a new managing director. Helios handled the assignment diligently, patiently and professionally. They were responsive and totally reliable. They identified excellent candidates, then worked closely with us to complete hiring the candidate we choose. Over the course a long career, I have worked with the largest recruiting firms in the country. They have nothing over Helios. For recruiting senior management talent, I highly recommend Helios HR Our second Helios engagement this year was to improve important onboarding documentation processes. Again, Helios completed the assignment exactly as promised. We are a better organization as a result. Money very well spent. HR is a critical function. Even large organizations (not to mention small and medium ones) need talented ‘hired guns’ sometimes like the ones we found in Helios. When those times come, I highly recommend Helios HR.
