Overall my experience at this practice has been very positive. Dr. Hundal is fantastic as are her nurses. I don't ever feel rushed and always feel like they care about me as their patient. The staff have all been pleasant and I have never had much of, if any, a wait when arriving for my appointments. Highly recommend!

They do not answer the phone and don’t return messages. I’ve been waiting weeks for tests results. The doctor also does not respond to messages. Wish I had read reviews before choosing this place, many others are saying the same. I’m surprised that an office affiliated with Inova would offer this poor level of service.
TERRIBLE PHONE SERVICE. The woman who was speaking to me sparked attitude and made me wait for 10 whole minutes on call. Then she gets her coworker on call and starts laughing and making fun of me in the background as I was explaining about my disability. Her coworker even cut me off from the call after wrongly saying my reply back number. I corrected her and she denied it and quickly hung me up. PLEASE FIRE THEM. THEY ARE MAKING YOU LOSE POTENTIAL PATIENTS LIKE ME AND I WILL NOT BECOME A PATIENT HERE BECAUSE OF THIS TERRIBLE PHONE SERVICE. DO NOT BECOME A PATIENT HERE. THERE ARE TERRIBLE AT COSTUMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOBS PROPERLY. THEY DO NOT CARE AND WANT TO SLACK OFF THE JOB.
Due to what I went through, I do NOT RECOMMEND this office, staff or medical staff at all. I NEVER, EVER post reviews but I feel like I needed to do this. In the middle of the pandemic, I found out I have gestational diabetes. I looked for an endocrinologist that could see me right away and finished up at Innova Endocrinology- Reston. It’s nearly IMPOSSIBLE to reach the nurse station or receptionist for an appointment. I would have to call multiple times a day and leave multiple voicemails, rarely got a response. De. Kada prescribed multiple prescriptions AND IT EITHER WAS A WRONG PRODUCT, my insurance needed extra verification (Which is fine BUT office never answered phone from pharmacy) and/or there were stuff missing like: prescribed insulin, needle for pen BUT no pen to inject insulin. It almost took me 4 weeks to have my insulin at home. I understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic, however, do not treat patients like this, especially pregnant women.
I am so dispointed and so angry about the service I got from this practice ...my husband is diagnosed with diabetes,he had a virtual appointment with a doctor, she sent a lancets prescription along with tests, and she FORGOT to send a blood Glucose Monitoring system prescription with it. We got the lancets and strips but no monitoring system . It's been eleven days, we trying to get that prescription from the office so we can use the lancets in vain...I have been completely ignored, the nurse returned my calls after 4 days, she said she gonna take care of it..NOTHING, I spoke to the front desk people so many time, to different people, every time, they said, they will take care of it NOTHING I asked my Pharmacy to send a request NOTHING. I won't recommend this PRACTICE to anyone.my fault was not checking the reviews before I set up an appointment with them. I would give less than one star or none if i have the choice.
