Ihsaan Ali is literally the worst person I have ever had the displeasure of ever talking to. Brittany the GM will say she will take care of a problem, it it’s typical lip service! Can’t believe we pay over 300 a month for the privilege to be treated like children. Good riddance!!

Great place to workout. Machines are always available, staff is very courteous. They keep everything clean during the pandemic. Cafe is great for a post workout meal.

So many fitness options, healthy food choices, full service spa and excellent adherence to pandemic regulations that make me feel very safe under the circumstances.

This is the best gym perhaps in Fairfax County. You have two massive pools. A basketball court. A rock-climbing facility and state of the art equipment. Also I've never seen this place too crowded and the members seem overall classier then those at some other gyms. I get a cheaper rate through my company, so I hear people on the price thing. 120 a month is not cheap, but as the former manager of 24 HR fitness who cancelled my membership there said, \it's like a palace. I get it.

Lifetime was great, albeit on the pricey side. Previously I was ok with the price for the facilities, amenities and the hours. But in the pandemic world, these have been greatly reduced. I can no longer work out in the late evening, which is really my only available time after putting the kids to bed. This has severely limited by ability to work out at the gym, and often I just have to jog on the street instead. My wife can no longer do the in-person classes due to the risk (we have to be in frequent contact with elderly parents and cannot risk the group fitness classes, despite the reasonable precautions the gym has taken). The kids academy is also too risky for us, so we do not use it any longer. So my wife and kids use the gym only once or twice a week for the pool. They have also removed all the amenities they used to have in the locker rooms. I understand many of these changes are due to virus-related caution, which I support, but it has degraded the value of their offering significantly. They have not reduced their fees, but I'm getting less than 50% of the value I used to get. While I understand why they've done what they've done and I am strongly supportive of any measures to reduce the virus, a fee reduction is in order to compensate for the significant decrease in value.
