Last Sunday night my family and I were driving on the express lanes on 95. Upon entering the lanes, my wife was nearly run off the road by a white utility van. The van was driving in excess of 90 mph. It continued to weave in and out of traffic at these high speeds and finally before exiting the express lanes, dropped \down\ to 65, where I was able to get the license plate number and company name (Onyx). I called immediately, but what I should have done was not waste my time and call the police. Their office was closed since it was Sunday night so I called first thing Monday morning. When I called on Monday the woman who answered the phone did not identify herself and she seemed indifferent to what I was reporting. It was only after I said, \I don't think you'd want your company vehicle being driven like that?\, that she said, \Oh no. Thank you and have a nice day.\ This is unacceptable. I do not care if my review is not directly related to the service provided- the person driving that car last Sunday could've killed them selves, someone else or my entire family (my toddlers were in the car too!) As a company you need to be better about 1) how your drivers represent your company when using a vehicle advertising your product, and 2) How you respond when people call in with this type of information. I was very specific about the age of my children in the car and you just don't put peoples lives at risk like that because you want to drive like a maniac.
