I have found property manager John Maletasta extremely unreliable. Tenants he places into units are not familiar with the rules and regulations of the communities they live in. He does not take complaints by other residents/owners and property managers seriously and is very slow to respond to damages caused to other units by his tenants. Would give a zero if I was able to.
