Working with Quadrant has been the best experience I've had while job searching, thanks to my recruiter, Dena Y. She was the recruiter who worked with me throughout the whole process. From the beginning she gave me tips on how I could improve my resume and my credentials and what employers would be looking for specifically in the field I was trying to get into. Dena has been a great mentor, she is reliable, and she consistently made time to contact me and keep in touch with me to answer any questions I had or to relay any information she had for me. Dena helped me get multiple interviews right away and within two weeks of my job search, she got me a full-time position with a really great hospital. I have not felt an ounce of stress while working with Dena; she made me feel reassured that she would find something for me. She not only found me a position in the field I wanted, but she made sure this position was everything I was looking for. She has definitely gone above and beyond for me and has made this process so amazing and easy. I could not have asked for a better outcome while working with her. I would definitely recommend working with Quadrant to anyone who is currently job searching!
