Well-priced, convenient and well run. I started them as a satellite office and now have purchased a permanent office. They just renovated as well, so it doesn't have that \old hotel\ feel anymore. White marble floors etc. Thumbs up.

I signed up with Regus in july and setup automatic payments.Lost my cc and changed the cc on file in oct.Missed a couple of payments in between.Got a confirmation email saying the cc has been updated and it showed zero balance.Today i got an email from Regus lawyers threatening to sue me as we owe them 1000???. I checked my account and it showed zero balance again.Called there lawyers and was told that the account is terminated without any notice.Also past due is just 200 for 2 month so i asked why are you not charging it on my card on file and they said they cant.They are forcing me to pay for the whole year when its not due and also i wont be able to get the virtual office either?????Please do not sign up with these crooks they are not here to help small businesses.You are better off going with other local office spaces.

I was in a pinch after being stranded in Reston for two days due to the snowstorm. My Airbnb options were slim and not conducive for an out of towner needing work. After searching, it was difficult to find a day pass for a cowork space. I found the ad for Regus online and called the number. Gretchen was so kind to offer a complimentary space for the day without having to get a membership. I got to see what Regus offers and it's definitely something I'd call comfortable and clean. I noticed different office layouts that varied which seemed to address customer needs fine and the kitchen area was inviting also. The front desk staff were friendly and informative. I recommend this space.
