I highly recommend using this caterer! I did a low-key wedding reception a few weeks after I got married. Rich helped me visualize what I wanted (heavy snacks, casual but pretty outdoor setting, tents, tables, to encourage socializing, etc), and set a perfect menu. People later praised the food, and the fact that people were never left waiting for food - the passed trays came around with frequency. Rich was also really flexible, and allowed us to use our own alcohol, to include my husband's home-brewed beer. They even let us provide our own cake, but offered chocolate-covered strawberries, which were a hit and are one of my favorite \special\ foods. The way they displayed everything made it look so high-end. Rich was very responsive, and overall the event was fantastic. The experience was really positive and he found the most beautiful, autumn-themed flower arrangement I've ever seen, for the food table.
