I can't say enough great things about their service. We have an elderly cat who needs sub-q fluids, two more cats we recently adopted and have to be separated while eating so one doesn't gobble up her brother's food, and it can get complicated. This time Karla was our pet care person and she was just lovely. She spent time with all of them and took extra gentle care of our senior cat, even sending updates on how she was doing. I'm so grateful to and for Pet Elf. I've been relying on them since 2013. Thank you!
