******************* NOT RECOMMENDED **************************** Require every 6 month Dr. appointments to discuss medications. Pharmacy sent prescription request on Saturday and Monday and never received acknowledgement. On Tuesday, waited online for over 30 minutes, giving patient associate, birthdate and spelling full name five times, only to be told I needed \another\ virtual appointment. Even though I had one a few months ago but because I didn't need this prescription at the time, they wanted \another\ virtual appointment. I take only as needed and have for over 20 years! Two patient associates did not care that I had a migraine for 3 days and did nothing to accommodate me. Found another practice!!!

Good Doctors but all of that doesn’t matter with completely incompetent office staff. I hate that I’m writing this review because I really like my doctors but these guys can’t run a business at all. We waited a month for them to complete an adoption form that we gave the. With very specific instructions. They didn’t even come close to completing correctly. It might be time to shut this place down and start over.

Very very poorly run office. They have good doctors but like other reviewers have suggested the office staff is extremely poor. They are unable to grasp the concept that we are the customer and we pay the bill. I would strongly suggest finding a different place for family medical care. This practice is on the decline and just isn't worth it. If you don't take care of the customers you business fails.

Has anyone been able to get a receptionist to answer the phone? I have been on hold for over 30 minutes (this is the second time I have called) trying to get an appointment but no one answers. Their old system was very easy to use with the ability to make appointments with the dr of your choice on the date and at the time of your choice, but now this new system is a big hassle. It is basically impossible to make an appointment if you are not at your phone 24/7. I made an appointment request and then a few days later got a phone call at 7:54am from a receptionist. I missed the call because I was driving, but when I called back, not even 5 minutes later I got no answer after 30 mins of waiting. I called again the next day 2 more times and was on hold for over 20 minutes each time to still get NO RESPONSE. The doctors here are great but this new appointment system is not working. I really hope someone in administration sees these current reviews and realizes a change needs to be made, but that probably wont happen now that they are an INOVA subsidy.

Every experiences so far has been a bad one with this place.. last year after blood work I was never called or informed of my results/overall health. As my healthcare provider I expect better. I expect you to call me and tell me what steps I can take to better my health based on blood work. Additionally they consistently have long wait times and scheduling thru the new INOVA system is glitchy at best. Rescheduled my appointment only to get a call back saying they don’t have any windows open and that my original time slot could be lost. Go else where for you health needs as these folks truly don’t care and are a prime example of what’s wrong with healthcare in the US. Shame.
