Stay away. Representative for Restoration Associates mistakenly sent an email to the insurance adjustor that was meant to be an internal email. Email stated he was going to set the adjustor up for a \weak report\ and only provide a \handful of factual information\. The email, which was in response to the adjustor asking for water readings, started by saying, \Just what we need right now is another Water Dog. I just tried to BS our way out of it as you've probably seen.\ When asked to have an audit of their work and billing they refused and threatened a lien and legal actions if we didn't pay them the amount they billed us for.
