I have been dealing with this company for over 1 year now. I got my CPAP machine from them around 4/2018. My phone calls are always answered, my requests for sleep compliance reports are always emailed to me the same day that I request them, and I receive my supplies every 3 months (within days of placing my order.) The staff is always courteous and I’ve never had any issues. I’m looking at some of these negative reviews and find them hard to believe.

This company work with doctors to sale CPAP machine (a respiration assistant device for sleeping) to patients, allege a lot of good promises, but when you are not satisfied and want to return the machine, they told you that there is no return policy or the cost will more than your deposit! Anyway you can not get your money back what ever happened. So be careful with this company.
Every few months we are going through the same struggle to re-order the very same supplies. It seems every time I call - there is new agent and they have no records of previous agents or history of what was discussed. It's becoming very frustrating and repeating need for calls between this office and Insurance to solve billing issue/s and incorrect billing coding only to be faced with same few month down the road. It seems to me Restoration Medical Supplies does not maintain its records properly and not being very accurate handling them and as a result its always the customer that suffers at the end.
As a 1st responder from 911 I have to I'm very impressed with services and staff Eddie was excellent showing all you to need to know about the equipment nice to know didn't forget about us after do long Eddie was a complete gentleman
Restoration Medical Supplies is terrible. They sold me a CPAP machine last summer and have not followed up with me once for new supplies. Don’t the mask, hose and filters have a limited life? I’ve left them messages and they have not responded. Go someplace else.
