My first time going to the one in Elkins Park. Me and my friend went. The staff was rude and not informative at all. I felt rushed and not welcomed. A girl that worked there told my friend she need to wait in the waiting area if she’s not buying anything. She was helping me find what I wanted because the staff wasn’t. I don’t think I will be back here. Terra vida might not have as much discounts but they treat me better and their prices are cheaper. Even Liberty was super nice staff. Not the best experience for the first time somewhere.

I have lost all trust for this place. I purchase from here all of the time, i bounce back between them and Terravida, whoever has the better % at the moment gets my business. I noticed that they were lying about their percentages and falsely advertising. Its already bad enough their prices for Gleaf is the most expensive in the area, but then to also lie about the product. Thats some shady street dealer stuff i thought i would not have to deal with as a medical card holder. I dont even feel comfortable placing an online order now, because im not sure whats what. Now, as a flower user, i will not use this, as i am just going to go purchase more of the high percent. HORRIBLE. I then call, they quickly take it off the site, because someone was hip to their swindle. They offer a 10 credit (something i already get for spending 200 a week) then say they also can hold something strong for me when it comes in. Which was a bigger slap in the face, because 2 weeks ago, when there was no slots avail for pick up, there was a really high percentage flower i wanted, i asked could they hold since i could not place an online order, and they said no. Now things have changed? As a customer, i feel robbed without a gun, insulted at what they offered to remedy the situation, and at a total loss of my money i spent and trust for this company. Disgusted.

I had placed an online order but when I arrived I was assisted by (and I hope I have the right guy) John (white guy w/glasses slightly balding sorry hun...lol). He educated me on some super interesting stuff so I changed one of the products I had originally chosen. Mind you, he in NO WAY persuaded me to make a change but I was so thankful that he took the time to share his knowledge with me AND BOY AM I GLAD I CHANGED MY MIND LOL!!! So I just wanted to send (let’s just call him John) a big huge THANK YOU!! I feel amazing!! And on a Saturday night!! Bonus!! LOL! Cheers John! Evangeline Martinez

I arrived in the morning of their annual 4/20 sale.This was my 2nd time at this location, but the first time ANYONE, ANYWHERE, has ever wished me a \Happy 420\ I was so tickled, along with other waiting patrons I spoke with. They also gave us free pastry snacks, tea, and coffee while we waited our turns (very busy morning, as you can imagine). After a short 10 minutes, they took me in the back, I made my order swiftly, and they gave me a free branded t-shirt... Which I changed into on my way out, because hey WHY NOT
