This gym has OUTDOOR gym facilities and instruction! Today while driving I screamed with excitement to see gym options outdoors since hardly any gyms have made this possible during COVID! Too bad I live far away; otherwise I would be there in a heartbeat. So for all of you looking for gym options outdoors (as you literally typed the words “outdoor gym” in Google Maps!), here’s one of a handful in the metro area! Cheers to our collective health in 2021!

The team at Results Only is amazing. They care about your progress and they want to see you succeed, not for their sake but for yours. They take a very individual approach to each client, recognizing that everyone has different goals, struggles, and work/life balances and they are there to help give you a path to achieve those goals. Even if/when you fall off the path, they are always there to let you know that life/things happen and make sure to get you back on track. The training team is excellent with addressing questions or concerns you have and providing modified movements should you need them. The people, both trainers and clients, are very much a family and so much more welcoming than I have ever felt walking into a big box gym. Thank you to Bobby, Kelly, and all the staff for the hard work you put in and dedication you have to helping your clients!

I wish I’d found this gym years back! It has been life changing literally. I’ve energy and thus have found many new activities due to my training with this trainer. This isn’t your typical gym. This is a beautiful gym, and it just feels great to be there. They have a great way which makes you feel safe, comfortable and capable.
