I worked one-on-one with the owner of Resume Services Pro Team, Jacob, in the lead up to my cross country move to his neck of the woods in Virginia, and was extremely happy with his services, the outcomes, and the very competitive price. All of it exceeded my highest expectations. My new resume helped me get hired as a management consultant within a few weeks after moving to the area. I’d never had my resume professionally written until working with Jacob and I had some anxieties about it. But, whereas I had written my own resume based almost strictly on descriptions of accomplishments (many of them based on my military experience), Jacob’s ability to take those accomplishments and translate them into industry-relevant and high-level language was incredibly impressive. Even given my professional writing experience, I will never write my own resume again. A few more highlights: Jacob’s “dream job” exercise was very effective at helping us zero in on the jobs that I was applying for and the resume that would snag them. When we received feedback, Jacob insisted on further tailoring my resume before we could call it a day, and thereby guaranteed an outstanding final product.
