One of the best places I have ever lived. My son and I LOVED our time here. Incredible neighborhood and the management is IMPECCABLE, especially Patsi. She not only made the move-in/ move-out process easy, but during our time here, she showed time and time again that I could always count on her to not only be reliable, but to solve any issue I had in a timely manor. Patsi IS Retreat at Spring Park, and I’m sad to be leaving, for I’m moving because I just wanted something a little smaller. Apart from the neighborhood and management, the floor plans are amazing as well, with just how open and voting the whole house is. 10/10 and I recommend this place to anyone that’s looking for a place to move in with your family.

I rented here for 14 months, left the unit in a good/clean condition even took pictures and videos, spent TWO days just cleaning. Shocked that I received 1019.65 bill for carpet replacement due to wear and tear. Even more shocked that I was only sent TWO pictures relating to carpet replacement, and what is more shocking the TWO pictures sent were of the apartment's entrance/exit.(I've attached them below) When I tried to dispute this with manager, he did not consider my pictures and stated that they are legally entitled to charge me as if I was living there for 3.75 years (935). What they are billing is robbery and very unprofessional how I was billed over 1000 with no pictures to prove financial responsibility. Spoke to AAGD and TAA I hope they can handle this fair and professionally. If you do decide to move make sure take lots and lots of pictures of before and after like I did.....but that unfortunately did not help atm. So best advice is don't move into this property they will do anything to see what money they can rob from you and even worse when you try to dispute the manger is unfair one-sided and won't view anything from another perspective, even with pictures

I lived there from Jan 08, 2020 to Jan 07 2021 and I am very happy that chose that apartment complex. The manager of the leasing office, Patsi, was very helpful and she was very responsive. I suggest anyone who is looking for a place to safe place.

Just moved in. Patsi is fantastic. She has been extremely kind and helpful even when we had issues come up. The complex is clean and quiet. Loving it so far :)

I called for the rent. An employee(Britny?) recieved a call; she asked my information and others. And then she just said the price is 12001400ish. she didn't give other information about the unit and community. Just she told me a price. I felt she asked me \can you pay it?\. And I asked other information, but she said 12001400 again. She is very rude.
