They are rude when you need to return things that don't work. One clerk actually asked my son \ are you sure that you didn't break it\ when he returned a game that he bought the day before it did not work when he put it in his ps4. Then they wouldn't even return his money because he paid cash the guy told him I can only give you store credit for half the purchase price. Total B.S.
Super awesome store. Everything from modern Video Games to in depth board games. Including all the classics. Everything is fairly priced, and the atmosphere is awesome. Definitely returning!
