Radio advertisements say they can provide plates at their locations. What they don't tell you, is that if you transfer from out of state this is not an option, you must go to an rmv. Also, all locations do NOT offer plates with insurance in MA, only select locations offer this service. If you pay the year up front for insurance, instead of paying each month, your total savings for insurance is only about 100. Not much, for putting the whole cost up front if you ask me... Gave 3 stars for kindness and clarity of associate that quoted me but by no means was any of this information available unless I personally raised the question. This brings me to question the integrity of the business's practices, when this information is only disclosed if you have sense to ask the questions.

Tia provided absolutely outstanding service. Incredibly patient, and willing to work with you until you're taken care of. She made a normally mundane process, into a pleasant experience . Please promote this woman, ASAP!!
Tia is truly amazing and she does her job well. She also took the time to explain to me the different policy and how to switch over to new policy. The process was fast and easy and everything was done over the phone and by email.
