After my truck got stalled midway on the highway, I knew that I needed to call someone for help. I am so glad that these guys were able to respond in a really short time and were right over there to help me out. They towed my truck to the automotive place and took care of everything really well. I have been very impressed by the way they managed to execute the entire thing.
I am very happy that I got their towing services at the time I needed them the most. My car suddenly stopped on the road and I did not have any idea what else to do. I called them and explained my plight. After I shared my location, they did not take a lot of time to reach. They towed my car back to my house safely. I have been very happy with their service that day.
This was my first experience needing a tow and I can say it was definitely a positive one. My car battery died while it was in a parking garage and it wouldn't even jumpstart. I contacted my insurance company and got matched with Atlantis Towing. I was told it would take 90 minutes for them to arrive but they were here in less than 60 minutes. The driver Vinny called when he was 5 minutes away and was incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions kindly and without any hesitation. He was able to get my car into neutral and pull it out of the spot in the garage in order to get it loaded onto his truck. Vinny was incredibly cautious while loading the car and while driving it out of the garage, and he got it to the shop in perfect condition. I would definitely trust them to tow my car again in the future!
John was awesome. He helped out with a toyota tow this morning on a rav 4 prime 2021 that had a hybrid failure. Early, kind and helpful.
