There is so much I could say about this place, why they are the company to see for your welding needs. Let's first start with the customer service agent Jared and how pleasant it is just speaking with him on the phone. He alone made me what to bring my business to them. Once there we met Mr. John and he came out and looked at our issue, and instead of trying to milk us out of money he made actual recommendations, to me that is the best sign of a true and honest business establishment. He was able to look at our issue and completely understood that we couldn't afford a new piece or the actual amount quoted to do a forever fix, instead he did have a solution for our problem, it wouldn't be a forever fix but one that would be able to get us home so that we could save up money to get it replaced. We understood and were thankful that he was willing to do that; so when it came time to pick up our piece, he had done the recommended job at no additional charge. He stated that he was concerned about our safety. So the fact that he placed our safety over money says a lot about this man and his staff. I was unfortunate of not meeting the rest of their staff, but if they are ANYTHING like the two men I have already met then I say that this company is winning all away around. The only negative is there aren't a lot more companies around like this one...
