Great company. Can’t overstate that enough. When there was an issue with our Nest, Sean came by the very next day (on a Sunday!) to fix the issue. No service charge, just great service. This why it’s better to go with the smaller company at times, you get much better service. At the end of the day it’s all the same machinery, but what matters most is the quality of the work and the service after the work is complete. RHS is phenomenal at it it all.

This was the best experience! Sean is so nice ,professional, honest and knowledgeable. I did business without ever meeting him ,all through text and phone conversations. He did a awesome job on my rental property. He let me know i could fix the problem and gave me the price but with the system being over 25 years old I knew I needed a new one but I appreciate the fact that if I couldn't afford a new system that he was confident he could get my old one working . I knew it would be just a matter of time before it needed replace. The other estimate I had from another company they were very shady and dishonest. I'm so happy I found Sean! He did a awesome job and provided me pictures. I will recommend him to my friends and family and call him in th future if I have any hvac need. So now im part of all his happy customers!!

I've dealt with 4 other HVAC technicians before Sean. Sean is the most honest and affordable of all of them. I had hired a technician to replace my HVAC and my coil but he tried to scam me and didn't replace the coil showing me an old coil that was not coming from my installation. I later on realized it and contacted another technician that I paid 95 just to provide a quote for the coil replacement. Sean did not charge me for the quote and his estimate was half of the price of the other technician. I was amazed. Sean told me he was trying to help me given my previous bad experience, but even though his quote would have still been very competitive. Sean is very professional and polite. he came on time and checked everything after he replaced the coil. you can tell he is very knowledgeable. About 30 minutes after Sean left, I accidentally disconnected the wire that is connected to the water pump without realizing it, when I was cleaning up the room where the coil is located. This caused my AC to went down. I called back Sean and he came immediately and fixed the issue in minutes without charging me. It is so difficult to find honest and knowledgeable technician that I am planning to sign a contract with Sean to service my HVAC system yearly. Sean Truly cares and wants to help his customers. I will recommend him without any reservation whatsoever. Thank you Sean for giving me back hope.

Would recommend Sean to anyone! We got screwed by the previous hvac company that the home warranty recommended to us. The previous company charged us 6,200 and didn't even complete the job. Wanted another 2,100 to change the valves without even knowing if that's what the issue was. Called Sean he drove an hour to get here on a Friday night at 8pm and only charged us 90. He took his time to see what the problem was turns out we didn't need new valves it was just a mismatched wire. Great service and an honest person! Thank you so much Sean!
